The Staff is very friendly and makes you feel very welcomed. The station is peaceful and the staff are railfan friendly

Cost is good,but consistently late.

Iv been riding the train for 18yrs to visit family and friends. Its a great way to travel!!

Love that I can pay 30.00 from Syracuse to Buff &I don't have to drive nor does his dad to meet half way and pick our son up to come home for vacations, time and money saver!! Station personnel quick, friendly and efficient!

Train late but this is us not the eu. Still cheaper and less hassle then having constitutional rights trampled by the TSA
