Such an awesome team at this location!!! You can tell they really care about their animals and their customers. This location hands down has the cleanest animal enclosures and tanks. Staff is extremely knowledgeable in all departments. I refuse to shop anywhere else for pet products. Highly recommend!!!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff!! Every time I go in there I am greeted with a smiley hello. Plenty of employees around to answer any questions and to give options. They always offer to carry my things to the car. It's my favorite pet store.

I have gotten an spca kitten at the store,he had digestive problems and the people there have worked intensely to help me get him on food he could tollerate,( like letting me buy food ,then return some and swjitch to other kinds of can food,etc he was on prescribed food for a number of months , now he is finally on regularvadult good (he's 10 mo. Now) service there is excellent always help me carry out litter etc .and associated are very helpful.
