I have been with this agency for over 15 years. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone who works their! Mike always goes out of his way to help. His honesty is what I can appreciate especially these days! If he can't get you the cheapest rate possible without compromising your coverage, he will tell you the truth, that you might be better off going somewhere else for a better rate. Trish has such a great down to earth personality. Everyone I have ever dealt with at Alliance has been nothing but helpful. I have recommended many of my friends and family over the years and all of them have been pleased with the service they have received. I hope this review is helpful!
Today I called them to find out about a problem and the girl on the phone was rude and not professional at all. When I try to explain this to Mike who is one of the owners he said to me well if you are leaving the insurance agency than this phone call is done and hung up the phone. I have sinced then put a complaint in with NYS insurance to review my case. I have looked into another agency and since have found cheaper rates and that we were insured wrong! I hope you gain helpful information from and this and strongly advise against this company
