Marsha made all my wedding day dreams come true. She had two sit downs with me to make sure everything was just right, and the final product blew me out of the water. Everything from the bouquets, centerpieces, greenery for the head table, to additional touches to some hanging lanterns far exceeded my expectations. I have also used Elaine’s for funeral arrangements and special bouquets and would recommend them to anyone.
Fantastic staff and great selection. I walked in without a clue for a special occasion. Within minutes the associate helped me narrow down my options and add the perfect personalations to give the arrangement the "WOW" effect. I've been a long time customer and now with the new location and the continuous 2nd to none customer service I'm a lifetime customer.
Usually buy most of my arrangements at Elaines. Recently my wife purchased flowers and a stuffed animal for my grand daughter after a minor operation. In addition my wife ordered a small stuffed animal for my grandson. When the arrangement was delivered the girls flowers had the blue ribbon with the boys stuffed animal given to the boy while my grand daughter received a stuffed animal with a pink ribbon !!!!!!When my wife called to complain that the order was mixed up she was told " Well were in the process of moving and would do nothing !!!!! Buyer Beware
