My salesmen Justin was great. No pressure, listened got me exactly what I wanted. Rob the manager is one of the nicest most personable people I have ever met. That was 2 months ago when I bought the car. Since then I have been sent a thank you gift and invited to a new vehicle owners party. I drove a lot so I had to come in for service (rust proofing and my first oil change). I dealt with Ashley in the body shop. She deserves a massive raise dealing with some of the people I saw while waiting and still being incredibly nice and good at her job. The 2 shuttle driver's I dealt with who drove me home and picked me up were great. I talked with them the entire time and didn't have any awkward random person driving you around silences that happen with every uber ride. I don't remember there names but if anyone in charge at basil reads this. You have some truly wonderful people working for you don't let them go. I say this as a business owner.

From the moment my wife and myself walked through the doors we were treated Like family. The staff was very professional and unlike other dealerships we have dealt with in the past they cared and listened to our needs for a vehicle that would suit our family, and did not just try pushing something off onto us. They worked very hard on getting us into something newer more comfortable and within our budget. I will highly recommend everyone I come across who is in the market for a new or used car to at least stop in and check them out.

In Oct.2017 I bought a used 2013 Buick Lacrosse e assist. While driving it home I heard a quick squealing sound in the back passenger brake area. Not knowing if it had something to do with the e assist, I continued to drive it. Well 3 weeks later I am still hearing it. When I called the service department I was told to wait a couple more days because it has been very rainy. Well it hasn't rained the whole time that I've had it. I live an hour away from the dealership and I just happen to have to go to the city today and tomorrow. Well when told to wait a couple more days just pissed me off. I also noticed that the plastic under the engine at the bottom of my car was loose and the service manager said when they detailed it They would have noticed it. Well the inside still had dust in it when I brought it home. My son is a detailer and their detail department did a terrible job. When I brought it home I detailed it myself. My sales lady was very nice but wondering if once they get your money they don't want to help you.

I have bought two pick up trucks from Joe Basil over the past 10 years and have been happy with their sales and service until now. I recently brought my brand new truck in for a recall notice and the staff were nice and friendly. I waited in the waiting room for the work to completed, no complaints so far. After the work was completed, I was driving home and the brakes felt like they were pulsating, and when I got home, I noticed the items I had on the back bench seat were laying on the floor of my crew cab truck, upside down. Also I had a small heavy box sitting under the seat and now it was laying out in the open, I have had this box under the seat since I bought the truck in June 2017 and it has never slid out into the open. Who ever drove my truck beat the hell out of it and drove it fast, slamming on the brakes. I spoke to a guy named Chris and he said he spoke to everyone that drove my truck and of course, no one admitted to beating on it. Chris did try to make things right and did return my phone calls in a timely manner. Basil, please don't respond to my post with your generic "I'm sorry to hear about...... please email me at......." Just do something about the animals beating on other people's expensive, brand new vehicles.

Holly did a fantastic job assisting assisting Bob Bell and us. She represents Basil very well. It is a long process, she helped ease the waiting process

Had a great experience at Basil Chevrolet. I have purchased vehicles from Bob Bell in the past. I just went back and purchased another from him. Bob does a great job helping my daughters purchase safe vehicles at a fair price so they can reliably get to work and school
